Project

The plan is to construct a five-story building with 20 apartments consisting of one- and two-bedroom units. A ground-level parking garage with 19 parking spaces will be built on the site. The design features a box-shaped, low-rise building clad in corrugated metal siding, concrete, and painted stucco. Balconies will surround the building, and a rooftop deck will provide additional shared open space.
