The Los Angeles City Planning Department has approved the construction of a new six-story building on this project site, featuring 40 apartment units with 1-, 2-, 3-, and 5-bedroom layouts, built above a semi-subterranean parking garage with 49 spaces.
The architectural plan also includes a fitness center, community lounge, and outdoor deck on the sixth floor.
