Project

The project will consist of a five-story building, which, upon completion, will feature 30 apartments with two or three bedrooms on each of the six floors, above 1,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and a garage with space for 21 cars. A large rooftop terrace will provide an open amenity area for residents, fostering a sense of community.
