Project

The project has received permission to construct a new 37-unit apartment building on a six-story structure with approximately 9,500 square feet of commercial space above ground. Located at the northeast corner of Virgil Ave and Melrose Ave, the project will also be built above a two-story, 45-car underground parking garage. Designed by Kevin Tsai, the apartment complex is depicted in renderings as a contemporary, pedestal-shaped building covered in materials such as smooth stucco and wood.
