Project

The existing building will be demolished and replaced with a new seven-story structure featuring 210 residential units and 1,457 square feet of retail space.
In exchange for Tier 3 Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) incentives—such as reduced setbacks and open space requirements—the project will include eight affordable housing units designated for extremely low-income residents.
