Project

We are currently constructing 51 Affordable House units on an 8,000 sq ft plot of land. We are actively incorporating Japanese manufacturers for elevators and air conditioning to significantly improve durability. JZA Architecture is handling the design, pursuing both affordability and aesthetic appeal. The total building area is 30,000 sq ft, with construction scheduled to begin in January 2025 and completion expected in April 2026.
