Project

The new building will consist of a five-story structure with nine suites, but will be divided into 53 individual units, each with its own bedroom and bathroom, as well as shared areas such as a kitchen and living room, creating an Affordable House. The project is expected to serve a diverse population, including community college students, senior citizens, and other low-income Chinatown residents at risk of eviction, as well as young people at risk of homelessness.
