We successfully acquired a piece of land with RTI (Ready-to-Issue) permits for market-rate housing in the Mid-Wilshire district through an auction.
After securing financing, construction can begin immediately. The property includes an underground parking facility and is surrounded by many well-known landmarks such as LACMA and The Grove.
A new subway line is also scheduled to be completed within a 5-minute walk by fall 2025.
