This property was built to have an environmental impact on the community by reducing pollutants, lowering green gas emissions, and improving the energy efficiency of the homes. Each apartment is an estimated 400 square feet and comes equipped with brand new ceiling lighting, energy-saving windows, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning/dining systems, new kitchen cabinets with countertops, and many other fixtures.
